Sweat out Covid-19

Right now the world is experiencing a pandemic with #covid19 that is causing our lives to come to a screeching halt. Millions are quarantined and businesses across the country are closed which means there are a lot of individuals left without work. Wondering where a paycheck is going to come from, or if you or a family member is going to become infected are thoughts scraping across the entire United States. Depression is high and the economic state is at an all time low which is quickly destroying the lives around us. However, in this storm we have to fight to keep our sanity. As people, we need to find ways to keep our minds off the stress while still making sure our health is a main priority. Working out is more important now than it has ever been before, because simply being locked in doors can cause added weight or depression. Working out can be the stress reliever needed, and it will also allow us to fight the additional pounds that comes with sitting on the couch eating food all day. All that is needed are resistant bands, dumbbells, some type of straight/curl bars, and a drive to continue to elevate your performance. Grab a friend or a love one and get those workout routines together. Be sure to check back for at home workouts that will still give you the results you are looking for.
